About Us

The year 2020–21 is the twenty-seventh community service year of the Rural Association for the Development of Harizan and Adivasis (RADHA). It is the culmination of years of work to bring about community development.Our mission and vision have been broadened to some extent.During the year, we have taken up some innovative and renovative activities. Our structures and institutional arrangements have been strengthened, and expertise within the organisation has been recognised. People's organisations fostered by RADHA have made progress towards self-sufficiency and sustainability. Accordingly, RADHA has changed its role from implementation to process support, from organisation building to network building, and from programme implementation to issue and policy advocacy. We look forward to a more concerted effort in our activities through policy advocacy, research and documentation, and support services in the coming year.
